Business is built on the relationship they hold with their clients, if the client is happy, your are still in business. One of the best ways I find myself assisting in that department is by becoming a client of any business I am tasked with helping. By putting myself in that position I am best able to see what flaws exist in the user experience lifecycle and working together with the business to best bridge those gaps.

Where’s My Money?

As a donor, you are always curious as to where your money is really going? Pious Projects takes pride in being 100% and guaranteeing all your donation money is actually getting to where it needs to go. To commit to that promise of transparency, we work with locals to ensure they record footage of every well that is dug, performing a little ceremony and prayer for the donor. That footage is then combined with the template I created to be sent directly to the donor.

 

Have No Fear.

There is nothing more daunting than having to have a surgery done on you when there is doubt in your mind. To help instil confidence in the Patients mind, we created a virtual walkthrough of the state of the art facility where they were to undertake this operation. When you help put a patients mind at ease, they put their trust in you.

 

Improved Customer Experience.

If an FAQ is helpful, then what about a video FAQ that walks you through everything. Producing a minimum of 2 videos a week, we created an autonomous way of selecting the most common inquiries our clients have and cycling it through our production process without batting an eye.
